A stunning day complete with bright skies and glassy water, Captain Devin found 2 humpbacks along the shipping lanes. The pair turned out to be a mother/ calf pair and lazily hung out at the surface logging. After an hour of restful whale behavior, the pair became alive as they floated into some nice kelp paddies. The pair then came over to take a look at us as we enjoyed some nice friendly passes.
